new management speedy service
The location was excellent with a short walk to markets, bars, and restaurants.
I found the hotel impersonal. I had to ask for service. I thought it should come without saying. The lobby desk needs new management to correct bills and speed up service, as ignorance is not a winning concept.

dated rooms unreliable wi-fi
the location was acceptable, and the view from the room was nice.
I was frustrated with the overall state of the rooms. They were very dated. the maintenance was clearly lacking. Things felt old and not well cared for. the wi-fi was unreliable. It kept disconnecting and was slow when it did work.
